How Pricing Works

• Priced by the total square foot.
• Use the calculator above to enter each panel's Width × Height — it totals your square footage.
• Enter that number in the Total Square Feet box, then upload your artwork.

Important — perf prints lighter. Because 50/50 perforated vinyl is roughly half open holes, printed colors appear lighter and less saturated than on solid wrap film. This is normal for the material — design with bold, saturated colors and expect a softer result on the window.

Sizing

• Maximum print width is 53". Wider graphics must be split into panels — the calculator flags oversized panels in red.
• Enter each panel's FINAL printed size in inches.

Artwork Scale

Save your artwork at any scale (100%, 50%, etc.) and tell us the percentage using the Artwork Scale menu — we scale it up to the finished size.

Lamination

Ships unlaminated (approx. 1-year outdoor durability). Want to extend its life? See the Optional Aftercare section below.

Production time: 1–3 business days. Shipping time is additional.

How it ships: printed and rolled, ready to install. Perf applies to the outside of the glass with a squeegee — no transfer tape needed.

6 mil calendered 50/50 perforated window vinyl with a clear removable adhesive. One-way vision: your printed graphic shows from outside while occupants see out from inside. Approximately 1-year outdoor durability unlaminated. Built for vehicle rear windows and storefront glass.

Your perf ships unlaminated (approx. 1-year outdoor durability). For longer life plus added UV, chemical, and abrasion resistance, we recommend a light clear coat of Marabu ClearJet — the same professional UV-protective spray coating we use in-house on printed graphics.

Where to get it: ClearJet Liquid Laminate Spray at USCutter

Apply in LIGHT coats only. Mist 2–3 thin, even passes and let each flash off before the next. Do not flood or over-apply — a heavy wet coat bridges and fills the perforations, which destroys the one-way vision.

Quick How-To

1. Work in a well-ventilated area — it's a flammable solvent aerosol, so follow the can's safety directions.
2. Hold the can ~10–12" from the graphic and mist one light, even pass.
3. Let it flash off a few minutes, then apply another light pass — 2–3 thin coats total, never one heavy one.
4. Let it fully cure before installing on the window.

File Types

• PDF preferred. .AI, .EPS, .TIFF, and .PSD also accepted.
• Convert all fonts to outlines and embed all images.

File Basics

• Resolution: 72 DPI minimum at full size; 100–150 DPI preferred.
• Include bleed on all edges.

Color

Design and submit in RGB with an embedded profile (sRGB or Adobe RGB 1998). Remember that perforated material prints lighter than solid film — use bold, saturated colors. For matching, include PMS references.
