How Pricing Works

  • Priced by the total square foot.
  • Use the calculator above to enter each graphic's Width × Height — it totals your square footage.
  • Enter that number in the Total Square Feet box, then choose your finish and upload your file.

Sizing

  • Maximum artwork width is 52". Graphics wider than 52" must be split — the calculator flags oversized panels in red.
  • Enter each graphic's FINAL size (bounding box) in inches.

Artwork Scale

Save your artwork at any scale (100%, 50%, etc.) and tell us the percentage using the Artwork Scale menu — we scale it up to the finished size.

Laminate Finish

Choose Gloss, Satin, or Matte UV cast laminate — all the same price. Protects against UV, abrasion, and weather.

Production time: 1–3 business days. Printed material is outgassed before lamination for a clean, durable finish. Shipping time is additional.

How it ships: weeded and masked with clear application tape, on the backing — ready to trim, position, and install. Multiple graphics ship together on one sheet so they stay registered; you cut them apart as you install. Individual cutting available as an add-on.

Material Info

Avery Dennison MPI 1105 SuperCast

Premium cast, gloss, opaque vinyl with superior conformability to compound curves, corrugations, and rivets. Easy Apply™ RS adhesive reduces wrinkling and air entrapment and allows repositioning for precise placement.

Avery Dennison DOL 1360Z Cast Overlaminate

Ultra-thin, ultra-conformable clear cast overlaminate that protects the print from UV, abrasion, and weather for long-term outdoor durability. Available in gloss, satin, and matte.

File Prep

Cut line (required): include your cut path as a spot color named "CutContour" (100% magenta), set to a hairline stroke on its own separate layer. This tells our cutter exactly where to cut. Without it, we can only cut to the bounding box.

File Types

  • Vector files required: .AI, .EPS, or .PDF.
  • Convert all fonts to outlines. Letters and thin elements must be at least 2" tall for clean weeding.
  • Include 0.125" bleed on all edges.

Color

Design and submit in RGB with an embedded profile (sRGB or Adobe RGB 1998). Our color-managed RIP converts to our printer's full ink set for the widest, most accurate color. The CutContour spot color is separate from color mode and must stay intact. For critical matching, include PMS references.
